CMA CGM, new loyalty programme

Not unlike what airlines do for their passengers, CMA CGM has decided to reward customers who book cargo slots on their digital platform SpotOn more frequently than others.

In fact, the Sea Reward loyalty programme accumulates nautical miles that can be used to pay for requested services, a bit like Alitalia’s MilleMiglia (thousand mile) programmes.

“Customer loyalty and trust are crucial for  CMA CGM and deserve to be rewarded,” said CMA CGM Executive Vice President Olivier Nivoix.

“Therefore, we are launching Sea Reward, a particularly innovative and ambitious loyalty programme offering exclusive benefits, with Sea Reward we continue to support our customers two years after the launch of  our digital channel SpotOn. It’s simple – you ship your goods with us, and you are rewarded!”
