Greek Ambassador to Israel, Kyriakos Loukakis received a very warm welcome at ZIM’s headquarters.
He was greeted by the president of the Israeli Company, Eli Glickman, and his staff (Chief Operating Officer, David Arbel, and Vice President Nir Avni).
According to ZIM, the meeting gave its senior management the opportunity to present the carrier’s achievements over the last few years to the top diplomat.
The press release points out that this year marks the 60th anniversary of the beginning of trade relations between ZIM and Greece and stresses the strategic role the port of Piraeus plays in the carrier’s global network.
