Maersk resumes links with Ukraine

by Port News Editorial Staff

Over a year after the war began, Maersk announced that it has ressumed bookings for shipments to Ukraine.

In fact, the Danish carrier has launched a new weekly barge service between the port of Constanza in Romania and the Ukrainian port of Reni.

This service operates on two routes, from Constanta to Reni via the Danube Canal and from Constanta to Reni via the Black Sea. The transit time is a day-and-a-half.
