A new Chinese shipping company, the Neptune Logistics Group, is making its debut on the container shipping market. Its first cargo ship, the Neptune Line, set sail for the first time a few weeks ago .
The boxship will be used on services between Nansha, south of China, and Vladivostok, Russia, from where the goods will then be sent on by train to Moscow.
The service is therefore an intermodal sea/rail one with a total transit time of 35 days.
