OCEAN Network Express has opened a second office in Singapore for its global green strategy department.
The shipping company itself announced this in a press release emphasizing the importance of an awareness-raising campaign aimed at combating environmental pollution.
The world’s seventh largest container carrier, with a fleet of around 1.5 million TEUS, launched its green strategy in March this year. The company’s goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 70% by 2030 and achieve Net Zero by 2050.
The new premises will also be used as the company’s regional headquarters covering South and South-East Asia.
