Yesterday morning, US Central Command (CENTCOM) forces conducted multiple precision airstrikes on several Houthi arms depots in Yemen.
CENTCOM stresses that these actions were taken to undermine the ability of the Houthis to continue their reckless, illegal attacks against international commercial shipping and US personnel and vessels.
CENTCOM forces report that they have targeted underground Houthi facilities that house missiles, weapons components and other munitions used to target military and civilian vessels throughout the region.
Air Force B-2 Spirit long-range stealth bombers were used to conduct the attack.
